SHIPPING

Items will be shipped within 2-3 working days from Lisbon, Portugal by express courier. Your order will generally arrive at its destination within 3 working days.
If we don't have the selected products on stock, we may need 2-3 weeks to prepare your order, as our products are hand-made by local artisans. In this case, we will advise you.
Upon dispatch of an order, the tracking number assigned to each package is sent by email, which allows you to track the status of your package on the carrier’s website.

SHIPPING RATES
  • FREE SHIPPING TO PORTUGAL, FRANCE & BELGIUM (above €120)
  • UNITED KINGDOM rates include all duties & VAT paid
  • Shipping rates outside of these countries are based on product weight/volume:

  • European Union (France & Belgium free above €120):
    0 to 6 kg: 10€  (for example: 1 Small or Medium Bag)
    6 to 11 kg: 15€  (for example: 1 Large Bag)
    Above 11 kg: 20€
    United Kingdom - Duties & VAT Included:
    0 to 1.5 kg: GBP 12.90  (for example: 3 cushion covers or 3 dresses)
    1.5 to 6 kg: GBP 21.50  (for example: 1 Small or Medium Bag)
    Above 6 kg: GBP 26.00 (for example: 1 Large Bag)
    Switzerland:
    0 to 1.5 kg: 10€  (for example: 3 cushion covers or 3 dresses) 
    1.5 to 6 kg: 25€  (for example: 1 Small or Medium Bag)
    Above 6 kg: 30€ (for example: 1 Large Bag)
    Rest of the World:
    0 to 1.5 kg: 15€  (for example: 3 cushion covers or 3 dresses)
    1.5 to 6 kg: 25€  (for example: 1 Small or Medium Bag)
    Above 6 kg: 30€ (for example: 1 Large Bag)
    Local import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders. These are beyond our control and the client is responsible for such costs.

    RETURN / REFUND
    FREE RETURNS WORLDWIDE 
    • You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return it to us in its original packaging.
    • A prepaid, return label is included in the packaging. Please contact DHL to schedule a pick-up or drop to your nearest DHL service point.
    • When returning please send us a message with the reason to returns@odile-collective.com
    • The products must be returned in their packaging and in their original condition. You may then be fully reimbursed the amount of the item(s) shipped or will benefit from a credit (valid one year) usable on the next order on our website.
    • In case of receipt of a damaged article, you must inform us on the day of receipt of the shipment.
    • We do not offer return labels on Sales or discounted items.
